Blue Stars and Ex-Stars

Former pop tart Britney Spears has not exactly had the best press of late, but that's not stopped the mother of two from partying with Dallas Cowboys' quarterback Tony Romo.

Romo had been previously linked to country star and former American Idol Carrie Underwood, as well as pop starlet Jessica Simpson. People Magazine reported that Spears' assistant Alli Sims picked up Romo at an L.A. club before hitting hotspot Les Deux with Spears and pals.

According to People, Britney was "sitting with her friends and Tony. Everyone was just hanging out. Brit was upbeat, really seemed fine."

Sims and Romo are apparently close friends, and Sims even dressed as a football player for a Halloween party last month.

Juice's Cup Runneth Over

O.J. Simpson, currently facing charges related to an armed robbery in Las Vegas, earned more than $400,000 annually every year from 2003 to 2005 from his NFL pension, according to website TMZ.com. He also brought in over $50,000 for personal appearances.

Fred Goldman, the mustachioed father of alleged Simpson murder victim Ron Goldman, obtained tax returns that also show almost $800,000 in "personal property" claimed by the Juice on his 2005 return, according to TMZ.

The NFL pensions money is exempt from a $33.5 million judgment that Goldman won in a civil suit against the ex-football star in 1997 - and is still trying to collect. But Goldman's attorney says the family is very interested in the "personal property" and plans to pursue it.
