Anthony "Tony" Defazio Editor

Tony was named Editor of the Pittsburgh Sports Report in September 2003 and has written for the publication since its inception in 1997. In addition to PSR, Tony serves as editor of KidSports Magazine and Keystone Recruiting. His main areas of coverage are college and high school sports and recruiting, but he has covered all the major sports in the region during his time with PSR.

He is a regular member of the "Channel 4 Action Sports Sunday" panel on WTAE-TV 4 Sunday nights at 11:35, and can also be seen as a frequent guest on "In The Locker Room with Tunch & Wolf" Saturday nights at 11:30 on WPCW-TV Channel 19 in Pittsburgh.

Tony is a weekly guest on "Bendel and Benz" Wednesdays evenings at 6:45 PM on Fox Sports Radio 970-AM, where he discusses recruiting. You can also catch him talking Pittsburgh sports every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM on "The Saturday Sports Jam" with Jed Donahue on radio stations across Pennsylvania(1460-AM The Ticket in Harrisburg, 1390-AM WRSC State College, 970 WBLF Bellefonte and 1240 WIOV in Reading).

Tony worked in corporate public relations for eight years and also spent time as a sports information director at Bethany College prior to working for PSR. A 1994 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Tony lives in the North Hills with his wife Heather.
